डॉ. भीमराव रामजी आंबेडकर (14 अप्रैल 18916 दिसंबर 1956) का जन्म मध्य प्रदेश के इंदौर (मह) के पास छावनी में हुआ। उन्होंने हिंदुओ मेंअछूता और अस्पृश्य मानी जाने वाली जातियों को संगठित करने का काम किया और शासन के अंगों में उनके प्रतिनिधित्व के लिए संघर्ष किया व उनकी शिक्षा को बढ़ावा दिया। उनकी प्रमुख कृतियाँ निम्न हैं + Ancient Indian Commerce (1915)
